Little Darling Order Form

Bonjour!

I am honored to be painting Dianna Effner's Little Darlings, and there's nothing I'd rather do than create a special doll for your collection.

My dolls are priced at $595 plus shipping and will come complete with a small ensemble and shoes. The ensembles will change with availability of fabrics and notions.

The wait for a custom painted doll is currently 2-3 months. Ordering a doll requires a deposit of $175.

This is where you pick the sculpt. You will pick the hair and eye colors after you pick the sculpt.

Below is a list of eye colors to choose from. Your choice combined with the wig color will determine the skin shading and the coloring for the brows and lashes.

The wigs I offer with my dolls are the highest quality I can find. There are limits to the number of different wigs I can get. Not all colors come in all styles. If there is a conflict, I will contact you when I start to paint your doll. I'm sorry, but I do not sell extra wigs.

The name of your doll will be written on the Doll Data Card, along with the date and my signature. The date and my signature will also be on the doll's scalp (under the wig). You don't have to name your doll right now.

Each doll is $595 plus shipping. Each order requires a deposit of $175. When I have finished your doll I will send you a picture of your doll. If you like her I will send you a PayPal invoice for $420 plus shipping. Domestic shipping (USA) is right around $20 per doll, international shipping is between $50 and $70 depending on your country. I only charge exact postage.

Cancellations up to 30 days will be charged a 25% service fee. After 30 days the deposit will be non-refundable.

I will file your payment receipt and will contact you when I am ready to paint your doll to confirm details. I will keep track of when you placed your order.
