You will have:

- Pattern Instructions

- Pattern Pieces

Print out both files. Be sure to print them at 100% (without "scaling" or "fit to page" or anything like that). There is a reference scale (1" and 1cm), usually on the first pattern pieces page. Compare this to your sewing tape measure to be sure!
